You can contact me via the contact form below if you are interested in setting up an appointment with me. Please note that I usually have a wait list for new clients. If you are not able to wait a period of typically 2-3 months to see a therapist, I am open to chatting briefly on the phone or via email to help find you a referral or resources as appropriate.

Please read this information carefully before our first appointment and ask me to explain anything that you don't understand. It serves as our agreement to our respective rights and responsibilities as therapist and client. A hard copy of this form can be provided to you.
